Lilac City Midwifery does not provide hospital birth support should your birth transfer to a hospital setting.
Lilac City Midwifery also requires all mothers planning their first vaginal delivery to secure the care of a certified doula. This will ensure you will have birth support in early labor when the midwife is not yet in attendance and will also ensure you have continuity of care and an advocate should your birth transfer to a hospital setting.
